2009 - A Successful Year
The competion 2009 went very well for our four legged friends. By total of 175 our horses were rewarded with a total of 163 ribbons. These were achieved at all levels, from young riding horse classes up to Grand Prix. 43 wins, 33 second places and 25 thirds were the balance.

German Classics in Hannover
With two very positive performances, Leonie and the Dutch bred gelding ORION (Jazz x Consul) had the sell out crowd cheering during the German Classics competition in Hannover.
Despite being the first pair to go in the Grand Prix on Saturday evening, they still managed to place sixth and qualify for the Kur the next day.

Successful starts in Bremen and Dannenberg
Leonie and new comer in the scene, ORION (Jazz - Consul), continue to strengthen their bond as a competition team. During the competition in Bremen this pair took second place in the Intermediarie II. On the following day they place fourth in the Grand Prix.

Grand Prix Win in Bettenrode
In Bettenrode Leonie started in a Grand Prix class for the first time since two years. She took first place with the Dutch bred gelding ORION (Jazz x Consul). The 5 judges gave her the highest scores from the total of 26 starters.
In Allersehl the week before, Leonie started ORION for the first time since his arrival at our stables 8 weeks ago....
SHOWTIME - Shining Star
Over the past weeks the Trakehner stallion SHOWTIME (Polarpunkt) has pulled out all the stops! Thus far in the 2009 season he has brought home 5 advanced wins. The 4 year old chestnut mare FURSTIN BOLERA (Furst Heinrich) and Leonie won the qualification class for the Riding horse Championship for the Braunschwieg Hannoverian Warmblood Breeders Final in Norten Hardenburg with a score of 8.33. Silver medal for ASTRID SMOLINSKI
With two good performances Astrid Smolinski and ATHENA RUBELLA (Abanos) took the silver medal at the Area Championships in Hildesheim. They took second place in the first test and 4th in the second which combined to give them the Reserve Championship title.
