Positive Season Start 2009
We returned from the snow covered competition in Grasleben with good results. Starting for our stables for the first time was our Bereiter Martin Swoboda. He rode ATHENA RUBELLLA (Abanos) to a first place finish in the Young Horse Medium and took 4th place with the Trakehner mare OXANA (Sixtus). A further two ribbons for Martin came in the Elementry, ATHENA RUBELLA 2nd place and in the Medium, FIRLEFANZ (Federweisser), 5 th place.
Jayden Brown also had a good show in Grasleben with his horse WIDELO (Weltmeyer). After finishing 4th in the Advanced Medium they had a super ride in the Prix st George which they won with a score of 69.58%.
Leonie started the season 2009 with a win and placing in Marienburg. She rode the 5 year old Hannoverian stallion DYCOS D`OR (Don Marcello) to first place in the very large young horse Novice class. The 5 year old KWPN Pinto stallion ZOSPECIAL (Special D) placed 8th.
At the show in Springe, Martin Swoboda presented the 4 year old chestnut mare, FURSTIN BOLERA (Furst Heinrich), for the first time out. She place 2nd in the 4 year old riding horse class and placed 6th in the young horse Novice test. Martin also rode DYCOS D´OR to a 5th place finish in the Novice.
A first breath of spring
On the 16 th of Febuary the wait was finally over! Our first foal of 2009 arrived safe and sound. A beautiful chestnut colt by the Westphalien stallion FLORESCO (Florestan), whom last year with Patrick Kittel took part at the Olympic Games in Beijing.
His Dam our lovely State Premium Mare DIVA (Don Frederico-Wittinger-Bolero).
