Competiton start 2010

The competition season got off to a good start for Leonie at the Indoor Show in Verden. Amongst a top starter field SHOWTIME (Polarpunkt) had a super round in the Inter I placing third.

Leonie and the chestnut gelding ORION (by Jazz) qualified for the Grand Prix Kur having a good go and also placing third. See the Kür on: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9nxBB66YbB0.

Leonie also helped out in Verden with the Stallion presentation of the Celle State Stud. She commentated for the public the training directions in Dressur sport of various stallions. SAN BERNADINO (by Sandro Hit - Matcho AA), HOHENZOLLERN (by Hochadel - Weltmeyer), EDWARD (by Embassy - Fabriano), the pony stallion CHANTRE (by FS Champion de Luxe - Desteny) as well as the Westfalian approval winner ESTOBAR (by Ehrentusch - Ferragamo) unter Wolfhardt Witte.

Also the competition year 2009 was positive for the youngsters bred by us. The chestnut gelding LOXLEY (Londonderry - Don Gregory) is the direct half brother to our state premium brood mare WYNORA (Wolketanz II). He was successful the past year with placings in Advanced level dressage tests. Now in the stable of Ulla Salzgeber, he is being prepared for the higher levels.

A further half brother of WYNORA is the now six year old BENTLEY (Belissimo). He was last year winning young horse elementry classes.
The six year old WOODSBEE, a direct full brother to WYNORA has been winning Elementry and medium levels in New Zealand.
REENERGY´S BASIL (born 2005 v. Belissimo), WYNORA´S first foal, won Novice level tests last year.

FURST PICCOLO (born 2005 Furst Heinrich) is the first foal out of our (now sold to England) MISS MOONSHINE (Munchhausen). He had over 20 placings last year in young horse classes.
His full brother FURST TYME (born 2006 Furst Heinrich) has newly arrived foals on the ground in Australia : www.nicoletough.com.au and is now being prepared for a further career in dressage.

The handsom CRUISENSTERN ( Conteur - Longchamp) took many placings with his owner/rider Angela Schreiber in dressage and jumping up to the Medium levels.

We were very happy to hear of the success of one of our past "trainiees", ROYAL FLASH (Royal de Saxe) whom with his rider Kristina Sprehe won the final of the Piaffe Forderprize.
