Dressurausbildungsstall Leonie Bramall und Volker Dusche

February 2011

Successful offspring world wide

As every year we are happy to hear of the success of our self bred youngsters. From the original "Dusche Family" line the chestnut gelding LOXLEY (Londonderry-Don Gregory) marked up his first advanced placings with Frank Freund. Good seasons had BENTLEY (Belissimo-Don Gregory) as well as the now 8 year old WOODSBEE (Wolkentanz II -Don Gregory). WOODSBEE won several Medium classes in New Zealand under his rider/owner Kylie Baker. Also coming from the same mother line is the now 6 year old REENERGYS BASIL (Belissimo -Wolkentanz II) who under his owner Natascha Nolting as well as with Leonie Bramall was a muti winner in Elementary classes.

Out of the now resident in Denmark LA LOU (Longchamp - Bolero) comes the advanced placed gelding DUCHAMP (De Niro- Longchamp). Also her now 8 year old son CRUISENSTERN (Conteur) was successful in Medium level jumping and dressage. RAFFINYO, a further son of LA LOU by Rosario, was highly placed in basic classes. The state premium mare HATARA (His Highness- Longchamp) has produced top winning foals in her homeland England for the past 3 years.

The children of our former state premium mare MISS MOONSHINE (Munchhausen - De Niro) have done well. FURST PICOLO (Furst Heinrich- Munchhausen) took wins and placings through elementary level with his owner Kathrin Pilgram. His younger full brother FURST TYME has collected several championships in his new home down under in Australia with his rider Nicole Tough. State premium mare in waiting BAKIRA (Belissimo - Muchhausen) is enjoying her new home in New Zealand where she is expecting her first foal from multi champion DORINGCOURT (Dressage Royal). A full sister to BAKIRA born in England changed owners for a proud sum. Out of MISS MOONSHINES Dam is a 6 year old gelding by Roadster who was winning medium levels in Beneluxstad.

BISCARDA (Belissimo) the first foal out of our state premium DIVA was a winner in basic tests with Leonie and now continues her education in her new home in Switzerland.

The now 16 year old DORIS DAY (Don Gregory- Wemzel II) continues her success under Pia Weymann.

Golden season start in Verden

Yet again Team Hannover-South was lead to victory by team chef Fritz Fricke in the Niederschsen Hall in Verden. With a total score of 88% Iris Scheminowski with GROSSOS GRANIT, Thomas scholz with RUBIANUS, Leonie wih DACCORD and Wolfhardt Witte with first time starter DANCIER dominated the team Kur.
In Buchholz by Hamburg, Leonie and MARCHENPRINZ got off to a good season start placing fourth in their first S *** (Intermediare II).

Last performance for SHOWTIME and LEONIE in Munster

At the Trakehner Stallion Presentation in Munster on Feb 12 the Trakehner Stallion SHOWTIME (Polarpunkt - Tenor) and his long time rider Leonie Bramall have their final outing together. After almost 4 years of top success in the competition ring the decision was not easy for SHOWTIME´s owner Dr Andreas Wezel. However, for 2011 SHOWTIME will be available exclusively for breeders. SHOWTIMES competition results are staggering. This "dream team" took 89 placings in advanced levels. They stood at the front of the prize giving 25 times! Further they were 26 times second and 21 times third.

We wish our "Smoofer" all the best for his new role in life. May he produce many lovely foals decorated with his charm and elegance.
