Top Event Allersehl
A 100 % ribbon success for Leonie and her horses at the mega comp in Allersehl. In all nine of the classes Leonie started in she took home a ribbon with every horse. LADY LU, the eight year old Londonderry daughter placed second in advanced medium and seventh in the two star medium. With ATHENA RUBELLA (Abanos), Leonie took fifth place in two star medium and ninth place in the advanced. Also placed in the advanced was DACCORD (De Niro), who came seventh.
With a top performance on LA SCALA (Lancer II), Leonie took first place in the advanced two star with 70%. In the same class MARCHENPRINZ (Munchhausen) took fourth place. The following day NARCHENPRINZ took sixth place in the advanced three star, Intermediare II.
To round things off the seven year old DETROIT (Diamond Hit) took seventh in the advanced medium.
Our congratulations to Frauke Wagner and AURELLIO (Aquilino). After having placed in the advanced in Zobbenitz they also took third place in the advanced in Dannenberg.
Triplett in Hermannsburg
We had an especially successful competition weekend in Hermannsburg. With two super tests Leonie took a double win in the advanced medium two star. Both of Leonie´s chestnut mares, LADY LU and ATHENA RUBELLA, finished with identical points finishing them both in first place! With a 68% score Leonie took a further win with DACCORD in the advanced test. ATHENA RUBELLA also placed in the advanced coming in fourth.
Foal out of Ronda´s full sister brings 90,000 euro!
A colt foal (Cat-nr 36) by the World record holder TOTILAS out of ROXANNA-RA (Rohdiamant - Pik Bude I), the full sister to our St Pr RONDA, brought the fantastic price of 90,000 euro during the 10th Elite foal auction in Vechta.
Good or perhaps not good that we decided to keep this years charming colt out of RONDA by Dutch superstar VIVALDI ......... ! ?
Doctor study about saddle pressure and horses backs
Three days of riding accompanied by various Veteranarians, Pysiotherapists, Saddlers,Video Cameras, Pressure Pads and Computer Technology. This is the best way to describe the Back pressure study that took place at our stables. Pressure tests were made using various saddles and 12 of our horses. Each horse had a 30 minute test with 3 saddle changes during this time. Each horse was ridden and a pressure analysis was taken through onto a computer. The final results should be ready by the end of the year.
