Successful weekend in Höven

Leonie Bramall presented her horses in fine form during the competition in Hoven by Oldenburg. Seven starts and seven ribbons was the total. Four times first place, twice second and one third place. This was all topped off by SERANO GOLD win of the Riding horse Championship. The four year old Sandro Hit son dominated the final with a total score of 8.9! (trot: 9, canter:9.5, walk: 8.5, conformation:8.5, general impression: 9) BOTICELLO took the wins in both the Prix st George and Intermediare I with scores of over 70% in both tests .

The 5 year old DIAMOND GOLD by De Niro, the approved brother of SERANO GOLD out of the same dam scored 8.2 in the young horse "L" class coming 3 rd. He then went on to place second in the young horse "M" class with an 8.4! In the test for 4 year olds ACANTO place 2 nd with a score of 7.7.

LEONIE BRAMALL Regional Champion 2005

After having taken the title of regional champion in 2003 (DEICHGRAF) and 2004 (BOTICELLO) Leonie Bramall with Boticello held the other competitors at bay to take home her third title 2005 in Langenhagen. The weekend before in Braunschweig Leonie and BOTICELLO were also busy and took home wins in both the Prix st George and Inter I with scores of over 70%.

During the Hamburg Derby which unfortunately started on a very soggy note due to horrendous weather BOTICELLO took 5 th place in the Prix st George and went on in the Inter I final to place an excellent 2 nd.

Another highlight for Leonie was her television premier as co-comentator for the TV sender XXP which went on air with the Dressage Derby final.

Lots of other ribbons

During the regional championships in Langenhagen Leonie Bramall and CARL DER DRITTE took first place in the Prix st George. The week before they were 4 th in Preussish-Strohen at their first outing together. Their efforts in Verden also earned a 4 th place result in the st George.

Astrid Smolinski took a 4 th place in the "L" and went on to a 2 nd place in the "M" with the 7 year old FLORENCE (by Florestan) in Hildesheim. They were again placed 7 th in the "M" in Liebenburg. The 5 year old LOUISIANA (by Don Primero) with Ina Friedrich was 5 th in Rinteln in the "A" and with Anne Horstman 7 th in Gutersloh.

In his first start in a young horse class at "A" level SERANO GOLD placed 5 th in Alvern. A week later in Zeven the wrinkles had been ironed out and Leonie and SERANO GOLD took a considerable lead winning the class with a score of 8.4. DIAMOND GOLD placed 2 nd in the young horse "M" and Leonies second horse in the same class WORLD DANCER came 4 th . WORLD DANCER also took 2 nd place in the "L" with a score of 8.5.

Anne Horstmanns success continued with a win and a 4 th place in St. George with RUSHMORE and with FIDELITY she won the riding horse championship in Strohen.
