The first 5 years are over - a look back

On the November 1 2002 we opened our training and sales business. Over the past 5 years many different horses have come to us for training and gone on to find new homes with new owners.
People often ask us about horses which were successful with us in the past. Thus, here a short summery of the horses we have taken on to success over the past 5 years.

Leonie and her riders took home a total of 573 ribbons with 56 different horses over the competition seasons 2003-2007. 164 first places, and a further 254 second and third places.
34 horses were riden to wins in their various level classes. This represents our efforts to plan for and train each horse on his own individual program.

Leonie alone took 189 ribbons at the advanced levels, 52 times with first place. The advanced horses as follows: Deichgraf, Boticello, Ronda BM, Wild Dance, Don Marcello, Carl der Dritte, Cheer, Royal Flash, Billionare, Showtime and Marchenprinz.
Highlights include Boticellos win of the Nurenburger Burgpokal Quali in Verden 2005. Regional Championship titels 2003 (Deichgraf), 2004 and 2005 (Boticello) and also 2007 (Marchenprinz). Provincial Championship Bronze Medals 2005,2006 and 2007 (Boticello, Cheer and Marchenprinz)

Further Leonie returned to the Grand Prix arena after a ten year absense with the Holstein stallion Look Whos Here. In 16 months they brought home 17 placings in Grand Prix putting them in the top 100 of the World Dressage rankings.

Our young horses also brought home their share of Championships. Here some of the most successful: Altefelds Ravenna, Diamond Gold, Donna Antonia, Acanto, Thanksgiving, Serano Gold and Woodsbee.

Very positive for us was the success of our own home bred stock over the past five years. All of our mares shown at the mare shows recieved their State Premium titles. Havanna (Hohenstein)- Class winner, Wynora (Wolkentanz II) and Miss Moonshine (Munchausen) - Class winners. Hatara (His Highnness) - Class Winner as well as Diva (Don Frederico)

Show in Verden

Despite an excellent presentation the Team Hannover South had to be satisfied with 2nd place in the team Kur competition in Verden. The agitated crowd made it quite obvious who they felt should have been first.
